摘要
尝试应用可视化技术研究力学实验质量问题利用微机彩色显示技术对实验得到的位移场数据进行了层次彩色表示,从而得到了全场等位移线图,并提出用等位移线来表征外界干扰对加载条件的影响.从理论和实验两方面应用等位移线分析了单向拉伸实验中经常存在的偏心问题.最后对用高精度云纹法测量的几个存在偏心现在的实验进行了分析.
In this paper, visual technique has been developed to study the problem of mechanics experiment quality.The computer pseudocolor encoding technique is used to express displacement field data with gradation of colors which is obtained in experiment, the full - field contour Plot of displacement is obtained, and it is presented to use the contour Plot of displacement to express the effect of outside interference on load condition. Theoreticall and experimentally, the contour plot of displacement is used to analyze the problem of eccentricity in uniazial tensile experiment. Several experiments with the Problem of eccentricity using high precision meire methed measurement are analyzed.
