基于凸轮轴转角的油泵瞬态扭矩检测系统的研制

摘要 本文介绍了一种基于车用柴油机油泵凸轮转角的动态扭矩测量系统。该系统利用带有凸轮位置传感器的应变式非接触扭矩传感器,将凸轮位置和扭矩以数字信号形式输出,然后通过两级PIC单片机的处理,获得与凸轮位置相关的扭矩值,最后单片机通过CAN卡将转角及扭矩数据发送至PC机进行显示。该系统已经成功地应用于电控单体泵总成的动态扭矩测量。 A sort of dynamic-torque measure system based on the cam-turn-angle of the diesel fuel pump is introduced in this paper. The no-touch strain sensor appending a cam displacement sensor is utilized in the system. We can transform the cam displacement and torque into digital signals, then utilize two-step pie single chip to manage the data, attain the torque value correlated with cam displacement, deliver the value to PC machine through CAN card. The system provides an economic and rapid developing platform for the dynamictorque measure of the electronic unit pump.
