柞蚕蛹油和不饱和脂肪酸制品的组分分析及对高血脂症的防治作用 被引量:13

摘要 基于高效利用柞蚕蛹开发药用保健品的目的,采用石油醚浸提法从柞蚕蛹中提取蛹油,并用尿素包合法进一步提纯蛹油中的不饱和脂肪酸。经气相色谱检测,柞蚕蛹油中不饱和脂肪酸尤其是亚麻酸含量较高,蛹油提纯后的多价不饱和脂肪酸制品中不饱和脂肪酸的质量分数由75.22%提高到90.89%。以wister雄性小鼠为试验动物,摄食柞蚕蛹油及提纯的不饱和脂肪酸制品,结果显示柞蚕蛹油及其不饱和脂肪酸制品均具有较好的血脂调节作用,用于治疗高血脂症具有可行性和开发价值。 In order to develop health-care products from tussah pupae in a more effective way, petroleum ether extraction method was used to extract pupa oil from tussah pupae, and urea-inclusion method was employed to isolate and purify polyunsaturated fatty acids from the pupa oil. Gas chromatography showed that the content of unsaturated fatty acids was fairly high, especially the linolenic acid. It was shown that the purification step could raise the purity of polyunsaturated fatty acids from 73.82% to 90.89%. Animal experiments with Wister male mice demonstrated that both tussah pupa oil and polyunsaturated fatty acids had good effect on lowering blood fat level. The present study indicates the feasibility and economic value of using tussah pupae to develop products for controlling high blood fat.
