摘要
利用几丁质降解菌可有效提高蚕蛹壳在综合利用加工过程中的降解率。从蚕蛹储藏车间及周围的土壤中取样,经过富集培养和蚕蛹壳胶体几丁质驯化,分离并筛选出能产高活性几丁质酶的细菌菌株G-254。根据形态学观察、生理生化试验以及16S rDNA序列测定与系统发育分析,初步将该菌株归属为嗜麦芽寡养单胞菌(Stenotrophomonas maltophilia)。
In order to increase the degradation rate in the comprehensive utilization of silkworm pupal cases, an excellent chitinolytic bacterial strain was isolated from soil and water samples taken from the silkworm pupa storage house and its surrounding area. After enrichment culture and acclimation with silkworm pupal case chi- tin colloid, a bacterial strain with high chitinase activity was obtained and named as G-254. Based on morphological observation, physio-biochemical analysis, 16S rDNA sequencing and phylogenetic analysis, this strain was preliminarily classified as a variant of Stenotrophomonas rnaltophilia.
