不同聚丁二烯橡胶RPA动态性能分析 被引量:16

摘要 采用RPA2000橡胶加工分析仪,对所测胶样进行了不同温度、频率、应变的扫描对比。研究结果表明:在RPA动态力学性能扫描测试生胶及混炼胶性能的试验中,弹性模量G′和损耗因子tanδ均随温度的升高,分别显示出降低和增大的规律,温度的适当提高可以改善其加工性。在RPA动态力学性能扫描测试硫化胶性能试验中,BR9000显示了较好的动态性能,是一种理想的轮胎胶料胶种。 This article uses the RPA2000 rubber processing analyzer, to measure the different type of rubbers carried on the different temperature, the frequency, the strain scanning. The results show that in the RPA dynamic mechanics performance scanning test on the raw rubber and mixed performance test, modulus of elasticity G' and loss factor tanδ along with temperature elevating, separately demonstrated reduces and increases, enhance the temperature suitable may improve its workability. In the RPA dynamic mechanics performance scanning test on the vulcanized rubber performance test,BR9000 has demonstrated a better dynamic performance, it is one kind of ideal tire stock rubbers.
