摘要
对中国石油天然气股份有限公司锦西石化分公司污水回用水的水质和各循环水场现用药剂的缓蚀阻垢效果及杀菌效果进行了实验室综合评价,考察了回用水水质对循环水处理药剂缓蚀阻垢性能、杀菌性能及药剂加药量的影响,根据水质情况及药剂评价结果提出了污水回用水的最佳pH值及COD(化学耗氧量)值的范围。此外,还叙述了工业应用后的现场监测结果。工业应用试验表明:在一定条件下,可以成功将砂滤处理污水直接回用于炼油厂循环水。
Based upon the recycled waste water conditions in CNPC Jinxi Petrochemical Company, the corrosion & fouling inhibition performances of chemical inhibitors used in operation are evaluated by laboratory testing, and the impact of recycled waste water quality on the corrosion & fouling inhibition and bactericidal performances of cooling water chemicals and chemical dosages are investigated. The optimal pH value and COD ranges of recycled waste water are proposed on the basis water quality and evaluation results. In addition, the field monitoring of commercial application demonstrate that the treated waste water after sand filtration can be directly recycled and used as the finery make - up cooling water under certain conditions.
