摘要
大修期间对乙烯厂两套循环水系统所属水冷器进行现场腐蚀调查、采样、拍照,对现场所取垢样成分进行分析鉴定,根据鉴定结果对循环水系统的水质进行了综合评述,指出循环水系统整体腐蚀较轻,仅有部分水冷器存在泥沙堵塞和污垢沉积问题,建议要严格控制补充水水质并控制水冷器的循环水流速,防止污垢沉积问题的发生,确保装置安全长周期运行。
In the scheduled turnaround of the ethylene plant, field corrosion investigation, sampling and photographing of the water coolers in the two cooling water systems of the plant were performed and fouling samples were analyzed. The evaluation of the cooling water quality based upon the analysis results confirms that the corrosion of the complete cooling water system is mild and only some water coolers have silt plugging and corrosion fouling deposition problems. It is suggested to control the make - up cooling water quality and velocity of cooling water in the water coolers to prevent the fouling deposition.
