摘要
用皮秒激光和Z-Scan技术测量了推拉型偶氮化合物(4-甲基氨基-4-硝基偶氮苯)掺杂薄膜的双光子吸收,得到了双光子吸收系数β为23×10-8cm/W,品质因子T为0.3的化合物,这表明该材料可能是光开关器件的一种具有应用前景的材料。
The twophoton absorption of the doped thin film of a selfmade pushpull azobenzene compounds,4Nmethylamino 4nitroazobenzene (MANA), was measured with the ps laser and ZScan technique. The twophoton absorption coefficient β 23×10-8cm/W and the merit of figure T 0.3 were obtained. It showed the material had application potential in alloptical switch.
