河南不同类型区农民收入差异分析及增收对策

Analysis on Regional Disparity of Farmers’Income in Henan Province and Countermeasures

缩小农民收入地区差异,增加农民收入,历来是政府关注的重点。文章依据经济社会总体发展水平对河南省108个县(市)进行分区,分析了各类型区农民收入差异并寻找差异产生的原因。最后针对农业比较效益低和农民工资性收入不同等引起不同类型区农民收入差异的主要原因,提出加大对种粮农民的补贴力度、推进农业剩余劳动力转移、提高农民科技文化素质和就业能力等促进农民增收的对策措施。

Narrowing the regional difference of farmers＇ income and increasing farmers＇ income is the foeal point that government pays close attention to. Based on ~onomies and society development, 108 countries in Henan province were divided into three areas, and the regional disparity of farmers＇ income analyzed. According to the results, main cause of the regional disparity of farmers＇ income is low agriculture＇s comparative benefit and different salary income of peasants. Measures to narrow the regional difference of farmers＇ income and increasing their income were suggested, i.e., increasing subsidy for grain grown farmers, promoting shift of agricultural surplus labors, raising farmers＇ scientific and cultural qualities, and adding their ability for being employed.
