省级优秀创新团队形成与发展因素探析

Analysis on Factors of Formation and Development of Provincial Outstanding Innovation Team

现代农业和农业产业化的发展,对技术的需求越来越系统,而农业科研单位由于学科相互独立,研究内容之间衔接不十分紧密,所以形成的科技成果集成度不高,不能满足发展的需要。文章以河北省农林科学院两个成功的创新团队为例,在分析讨论的基础上,提出应在研究方向、人员构成与分工、运行方式等方面加强创新团队建设,使研究成果系统化、集成化,满足产业技术需要。

With the development of modern agriculture and industrialization of agriculture, much technology needs more and more systemati- zation. Because of independence of subjects and leaky cohesion among research contents in agricultural research units, agricultural science and technology achievements were not highly integrated and could not meet the requirement of development. In order to solve this problem, two successful innovative teams were studied. Based on analysis and discussion, the conclusion was as follows： research direction, staff composition and division and operation way of team should be improved, so the scientific achievements couid be integrated and systemic and the need of industrial technology could be met.
