摘要 通过对钢、铝合金和钛合金热处理过程中相变特点的分析,总结了金属材料热处理的三大分类:淬火+回火,固溶+时效,淬火+时效。在此基础上细致的分析了三类热处理的异同,并根据钛合金热处理的相变特点,将其划归为第三类热处理。 Metal heat-treatment was classified in mechanism by analyzing the characteristics of phase transformation among titanium alloy, aluminium alloy and steel during heat treatment process. The first kind of heat treatment is quenching plus temper; the second is solution plus ageing; and the third is quenching plus ageing. The similarities and difference of three kinds of heat treatment were discussed in detail. And by the characteristic of phase transformation of titanium alloy, the heat treatment of titanium alloy was thought to be the third kind of heart treatment.
