摘要
计算Ti-C-3N i-A l体系的自由能,结合体系DSC分析及产物XRD分析结果,研究体系反应的热力学问题。结果表明:该体系中TiC和N i3A l标准生成自由焓最小,为最稳定的生成物,且产物纯净。
Free energy of Ti-C-3Ni-Al system was calculated and thermodynamic analysis of Self-propagating High-temperature Synthesis (SHS) reaction was made by DSC and XRD. The experimental results showed that TiC and Ni3Al were the most stable and impurity-free phases in H-C-3Ni-Al system.
