城市居民及农民工婴幼儿家长辅食添加认知状况调查分析

A survey and analysis of the awareness of infant's supplement food among parents from urban residents and migrant workers

目的了解柳州市四城区居民及农民工婴幼儿家长对科学育儿、辅食添加的认知状况。方法采用集中填写问卷调查的方法对415人进行调查。结果不同社会背景的人对辅食添加的认识不同,城市居民对辅食添加知识的了解程度优于农民工(χ2=70.29,P<0.01);城市居民与农民工家长在获取辅食添加知识途径方面差异有显著性(χ2=12.27,P<0.05);不同文化层次家长对辅食添加的认知不同,差异有高度显著性(χ2=448.88,P<0.001),文化程度越高,辅食添加知识掌握得越好。结论城市居民及农民工婴幼儿家长对辅食添加认知程度有明显差异,农民工婴幼儿家长由于社会背景、经济及文化程度等因素制约,对辅食添加知识及科学育儿方面存在较大缺陷,需要专业人员的指导和干预。

Objective To understand the awareness of parents about scientific infant feeding ment food from urban residents and migrant workers in four districts of Liuzhou city. Methods received survey by filling forms of questionnaire about awareness of infant＇s supplement food. and infant supple- 415 participants Results Parents with different social background had different awareness of infant＇s supplement food, parents from urban residents had better awareness than those from migrant workers （X^2 = 70.29, P 〈 0.01） ; about the ways for obtaining knowledge of infant＇s supplement food, there was also a statistically significant difference between parents from urban residents and those from migrant workers （X^2 = 12.27, P 〈 0.05） ; parents with different education level also had different awareness of infant＇s supplement food, and there was statistically significant difference between them （X^2 = 448.88, P 〈 0.01）, the higher education parents received, the better awareness of infant＇s supplement food they had. Conclusions There is a significantly different awareness of infant＇s supplement food between parents from urban residents and those from migrant workers, because of the limitation of social background, economy and education level, parents from migrant workers have a great shortage of scientific infant feeding and infant＇s supplement food, so they need instruct-ions and interventions from professional workers.
