摘要
RBI是一种科学、系统的风险检验计划制定方法。在对RBI技术进行应用研究和修正的前提下,RBI评估可为天然气净化装置长周期运行提供依据。本文以一套天然气净化装置的RBI风险评估为例,介绍了RBI评估流程,详细分析了天然气净化装置中必须考虑的失效机理,介绍了风险计算结果并进行了分析讨论,对在天然气净化装置中推广应用RBI技术提出了建议。
Risk Based Inspection is a scientific and systematic methodology which could test the establishment of the plan. It could provide evidences for long period operation of the natural gas purification plants in the premise of RBI application research and modification. This paper introduces the assessment procedure of RBI and analyzes the failure mechanism must be considered in the natural gas purification plants in detail according to RBI evaluation of a set of natural gas purification plant. It also introduces and discusses the risk calculation results,and provides some suggestions based on the implementations of RBI technology in the natural gas purification plants.
