缓蚀剂加注存在问题分析及应对措施探讨

Analysis on Application Problems of Corrosion Inhibitor and Discussion of Prevent Measures

重庆气矿从1993年开始对部分气井零星加注缓蚀剂,上世纪九十年代中期通过高峰场等现场试验后,陆续对气井实施缓蚀剂保护,2000年后基本形成了现场缓蚀剂加注制度,大部分生产气井从此开始有规律地加注缓蚀剂,井下管串得到了有效保护。但从2004年开始,部分气井出现含有缓蚀剂成分的堵塞物,不仅影响气井正常生产,还影响气井修井作业,增加作业成本。本文重点分析缓蚀剂在应用过程中存在的问题,提出解决措施,以指导现场缓蚀剂加注工作。

The corrosion inhibitor was applicated in Chongqing gas field since 1993. In the mid-1990s, after field test, the gas wells were implemented by the corrosion inhibitor. In 2000, The rules of adding inhibitor were made, the underground materials has been effectively protected. But from 2004, part of the gas wells produced plugs containing inhibitor component, not only affected the normal production of gas wells, but also affected work over operations, increased operating costs. This article focused on the application of corrosion inhibitor in the course of the existing problems, propose solutions to guide the work of corrosion inhibitor application.
