摘要
研究了浊度法测定驱油用聚合物浓度时反应时间对溶液浊度(NTU值)及测定浓度的影响,结果表明,一定浓度样品的NTU值随反应时间的延长而发生变化,对于"1.3%NaClO、5mol/L CH3COOH、聚合物"按等体积混合,当反应进行到13 min~17 min时NTU值相对稳定。当反应时间一定时,样品浓度与NTU值间存在良好的线性关系,只要保证测定待测样品NTU时的反应时间与绘制标准工作曲线时的反应时间一致,反应时间在3 min~20 min范围内,不必等到稳定(13 min后)即可获得可靠的测定结果。因此在不影响测试数据精度的条件下缩短了样品的测定时间,提高了样品检测效率。该研究在聚合物驱矿场试验的注聚质量控制得到了很好的应用。
Influences of the reaction time on the number of turbidity and the measured concentration of the polymer solution by turbidimetry were studied in this paper. The result showed that the NTU of the given-concentration polymer solution changed as the reaction time lasted. When the polymer solutions with different concentrations were mixed with the 1.3% NaClO and 5mol/L CH3COOH by the same volume, the NTUs were relatively stable as the reaction lasted for 13 minutes to 17 minutes. For a given reaction time, the relationship between the concentrations and the corresponding NTUs of the samples was linear. Based on this result, a reliable concentration value can be obtained by turbidimetry with the reaction time from 3 minutes to 20 minutes, as long as the reaction time of the measured samples is the same with that of the samples for drawing standard curves. Thus, the efficiency of measuring sample can be improved without influencing the precision of analysis data. The result of this study has been well applied to the field experiment of polymer flooding for the quality control of the injection polymer solution.
