对哈尔滨第24届世界大学生冬季运动会高山滑雪竞赛组织工作进行合理的组织与科学的规划,将保证竞赛的安全与有序进行,提高竞赛的社会效益。提出充分认识赛事的价值,转化竞赛理念;建立通畅的沟通、协调机制,确保比赛安全;加强裁判队伍建设,建立竞赛电子服务系统,提高大冬会高山滑雪竞赛组织工作的质量,并使赛会的社会效益达到最大化。

Aiming at the alpine skiing competition in Harbin 24th winter universiade, for ensuring the competition in well order and increasing the social benefit of competition, it＇s necessary to have a rational and scientific programming of the organizing work. The article suggests to update the competitive idea by being fully alive to the competition value, to ensure a safe competition by the unobstructed communication and coordination mechanism, to improve the quality of organizing work by enhancing the judgement system and developing the electronic service system. The purpose is to maximize the social benefit of alpine skiing competition.
