摘要
对ＥＳＰＩ中ＣＣＤ积分采样过程的平滑作用对不同光强散斑成份的影响进行了研究，研究表明，ＣＣＤ采样过程对光强极小的高频成份影响较大。
A study on the sample precessing's smooth function to the laser speckle with different irradiance is done and a conclusion is drawn that the smooth function has a notable impact on the part with very litter irradiance,but it isn't noticeable on the one with high irradiance.
