摘要
建筑屋面防水在建筑设计和施工中占有十分重要的地位。文章通过施工队伍、材料、屋面渗漏点三个因素对建筑屋面防水渗漏进行分析,并在此基础上提出了相应的防治措施。
Roof waterproofing is very important in the architectural design and the building construction. According to years of experience, the paper analyzes the reasons of roof leakage by three aspects including construction team, building material and roof leak points, and proposals on the prophylactieo-therapeutic measures are put foruard.
