Reducing Fuel Consumption of Glass Furnace

结合公司浮法生产线的实际情况,按TQC管理方法,分析了影响熔窑燃油消耗的原因。针对存在的问题,从节能降耗的角度出发,在熔窑保温、提高料温、提高供油稳定性等方面进行了改进,从而降低了熔窑燃油消耗。

The influence factors of fuel over-consuming in glass furnace were discussed on the basis of practice on float glass production and TQC management . Some corrective measures , such as insulation of furnace, raise of raw material temperature, enhancement of oil supply stability, were carried out and the oil consumption was reduced accordingly.
