摘要
通过铲磨后角误差的补偿计算,设计并制作了补偿修正的成型砂轮;采用粗精二次磨削工艺,成功解决了硬质合金后波刃铣刀的磨削的关键技术问题。现经测试表明:该方法制造的整体硬质合金波形刃铣刀,其切削性能达到了国外知名品牌的同类铣刀的实际水平。
