哈齐铁路客运专线穿越扎龙国家级自然保护区环保选线研究

Alignment of Environmental Protection Research of Proposed Ha'erbin-Qiqiha'er Special Passenger Railway Line across the Zhalong National Nature Reserve

由于自然条件限制,拟建哈齐铁路客运专线不可避免要穿越扎龙自然保护区范围。本文重点从环境保护和工程可行性角度,多层次多角度研究分析了拟建哈齐铁路穿越保护区最适宜的选择线位,对工程前期可行性研究重大选线方案提出了较好的指导意见,为减少建设工程扎龙保护区的影响降到最低,实际意义重大。

Due to natural conditions, the proposed railway will inevitably through the nature reserve areas. In this paper, mainly from the perspective of environmental protection and the feasibility, mutlti-level analysis and multi-angle study are carried for appropriate line of choice about the proposed railway across the protected areas, proposed better guidance on major line selection program of preliminary feasibility study to reduce the impoact of the construction of protected areas to a minimum, practical significance.
