摘要 随着稠油开采量的增加,稠油降粘技术越来越受到广泛关注。综述了目前常用的稠油降粘方法,包括物理降粘法、化学降粘法和微生物降粘技术的降粘原理、优缺点及研究进展。介绍了西南石油大学的稠油催化氧化降价研究成果。通过分析,认为催化降粘和微生物降粘技术具有一定优势,应用前景较好。 With the increasing heavy oil exploitation,heavy oil viscosity reduction technology is attracting more and more attentions.Reviewed are the commonly used heavy oil viscosity reduction methods,including extra heavy oil and super heavy oil.Analyzed are principles,advantages and disadvantages and study progress of physical viscosity reduction,chemical viscosity reduction and microbiological viscosity reduction.Introduced are research results achieved by Southwest Petroleum University in heavy oil catalytic oxidation viscosity reduction.Analysis results show that catalytic and microbiological viscosity reduction have some advantages and better application prospect.
