摘要
随着国内天然气长输管道的建设发展,在通过山体时由于环境保护、降低施工难度、节省投资、运行维护等因素,更多的选择隧道方式敷设管道。以宝鸡至汉中天然气管道佛顶山特长隧道(全长4783m)为例,通过介绍主要设计内容,包括项目背景、工程概况、平面纵断面设计、横断面设计、防排水设计、通风设计、管道安装设计、施工方案等,进而指出了油气管道中有关特长隧道的设计以及施工的出渣、通风等主要技术难点。并在设计工作中进行创新,以确保天然气管道特长隧道的建设目标顺利实现。
Taking into account such factors as environmental protection,convenience of construction,low investment and ease of operation and maintenance,long-distance gas pipeline should be laid in tunnel when it passes through mountain.Introduced is the design of Foding Mountain tunnel(4 783 m) in the gas pipeline from Baoji to Hanzhong,including project background,project profile,vertical section and cross section design,waterproof and drainage design,ventilation design,pipeline installation design,construction scheme,etc.Analyzed are main technical difficulties in design and construction of extra long tunnel and innovative solutions for these difficulties are put forward to ensure successful completion.
