摘要
采用实验的方法研究了厚度和容重对非织造布吸声材料吸声性能的影响.结果表明,吸声系数随着厚度增加而增加,且对中低频声波吸声系数的提高比对高频声波显著.当厚度不变,容重增加时,中低频吸声系数亦增加;但对于高频声波,吸声系数反而下降;最后也得出了容重递减的结构形式可以获得更佳的吸声效果的结论.
The influence of thickness and density of nonwoven material on the sound-absorption capability is studied by experiment. The results show that the sound-absorption coefficient increases with material thickness and this relationship is more distinct for low-mid frequencies than for high frequencies. When material thickness is made constant, the sound-absorption coefficient increases with density for low-mid frequencies, while the coefficient decreases with density for high frequencies. At last, the conclusion that the structure of decreasing density will give better results in absorbing sound is also drawn by experiment.
