摘要 以10家上市纺织企业财务报表为依据,首先利用数据包络分析方法对其经营效率进行分析,分析结果表明大部分纺织企业经营效率DEA无效,然后阐述经营效率DEA无效企业的问题所在并给出相应的对策. Based on 10 listed textile enterprises＇ financial statements, this paper use Data Envelopment Analysis（DEA） method to analysis 10 domestic textile enterprises＇ operating efficiency, the results of analysis indicates that most textile enterprises＇ operating efficiency are DEA invalid, then states the operating efficiency DEA invalid companies＇ problems and give the appropriate response.
