摘要
在强酸性介质中,经动态活性炭吸附柱装置分离沉淀、富集金,用1%硫脲-盐酸溶液解脱,以抗坏血酸为基体改进剂,石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定其中的金,该方法的线性范围宽(0~100ngmE)、检出限低(0.16×10^-19)、准确度(RE〈12%)和精密度(RSD〈25%)良好,适合批量化探样品中金的测定。
In strong acid medium, the dynamic activated carbon adsorption column device separate deposition, rich gold,with 1% sulfur thiourea-hydrochloric acid solution to extrication, ascorbic acid as matrix modifier, graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry determination of the gold. This method has wide linear range (0-100ngmE), low detection limit (0.16× 10^ -9) ,accuracy ( RE 〈 12% ) and precision ( RSD 〈25% ) are good,and it suits to gold determination of batch of geochemical samples.
