摘要
对引进的优良矮牵牛品种采用人工自交法分类筛选,发现李子色脉纹F2分离出闭花瓣型材料(花瓣闭合,不能自然结实),该材料耐热性强,丰花性状。通过对闭花瓣型材料自交、杂交、回交分离情况统计调查与分析,初步推断矮牵牛闭花瓣型性状是由两对隐性等位基因控制的遗传。
During the fine varieties of Petunia hybrida Vilm. filtrated with selfed classification method, closed flower material (petals closed and cann't natural fruit)was found . The material separated from plum color F2 . It's heat resistance was better and had polyanthous traits. It inferred that closed flower characters of Petunia hybrida was controled by two pairs of recessive allele, through the Statistic survey and analysis of the closed flower material's self--cross ,allomixis and backcross segregation phenomenon.
