摘要 香樟(Cinnamomum camphora),由原产地引进北方栽培,主要制约因素是冬季低温;研究香樟抗寒能力和受冻生理指标有着重要的现实意义。作者主要研究其抗冻生理指标,以不同梯度零度以下温度、不同时间长短处理叶片,测定丙二醛含量及电导率值。研究表明:在-12℃经过4h电导率值达到最大值,细胞膜完全破坏,从而得知-12℃是其致死温度。 Low temperature in winter is the main factor limiting the moving of Cinnamomurncamphora from it's native habitat into North China, and the investigations of it's antifreeze ability along with relative physiology would be of great importance. This research focused on the anti--freezing physiological indices of which Malondialdehyde and conductivity of leaves were detected under the condition of different temperatures below zero and different time. The results showed that the conductivity reached it's highest level and the cell membrane was destroved completely at -12℃ during 8 hours.
