月季叶片组织培养的研究进展

综述了国内外月季叶片再生方面的研究进展,就影响月季离体叶片不定芽诱导的主要因素——基因型、生理状态、培养基的成分、培养方法等的研究情况作了介绍。

Researches on regeneration of Rosa chinensis＇s leaf both here and abroad are reviewed in this article, and resear ches on some dominant factors including genotype, physiological state, component of medium, culture methods which affect in ducement of Rosa chinensis＇s adventitious bud are introduced in this article.
