高温超导体成材研究的新进展

New Progress of Material Fabrication in theResearch on High Temperature Superconductor

摘要 结合笔者的工作,对国内外高温超导家族中,Y系、Bi系、T1系和Hg系等各个材料领域的成材发展现状作了简要综述,认为PITAg包套技术有其独到之处,并已取得了现实意义上的进展,最近的工作也仍然很活跃,双轴离子辅助的过渡层技术(PLD+IBAD)确已获得了诱人的Jc指标,但面临实际应用还有一定困难,压延辅助(RABiTS)的人工结构技术为获得实用型高温超导带材提供了新的思路,原则上也适用于高温超导家族中的各种材料领域。在今后的研究工作中,如能制备出长尺寸、具有强烈双轴织构的基带,相信会进一步提高Jc。因此很有进一步研究的必要。 The recent years' development of high temperature superconductors,Y, Bi and Hg based on oxides,are briefly summerized. It is turned out that the powder in tube (PIT) technology has its unique virture in practical application, and the current research on PIT is active. Although the ion-beam-assisted deposition (IBAD) and the pulsed laser deposition (PLID) technologies have acquired attractive Jc value, some difficulties are exist in the process of practical utilization. Besides, the rolling-biaxial texture substrates (RABiTS) technology provides a new method for achieving functional HTSC tapes or wares in principle, which can be used in most systems of HTSC. On looking out the research in this field, if tapes with long size and sharp biaxial texture are fabricated,Jc will be surely higher, so further work on it is required.
