Sportsmanship is to train workers in sports as an essential dement. Strengthening the sportsmanship of the coaches, athletes, referees, sports teachers and students is the needs of the prosperity of China＇ s sports. The paper makes a research on the emergence, development, characteristics and meaning of sportsmanship,and analyzes some question about training education of sportsmanship in future.
