我国优秀女子跳高运动员助跑最后一步摆动腿支撑技术特征研究

The Study on the Kinematic Character of Excellent Elite High Jumpers' Swinging leg Supporting Technique of Last Step Approach

运用高速摄影与解析的方法,对我国优秀女子跳高运动员摆动腿在助跑最后一步支撑过程的技术特征过行分析,结果表明:我国优秀女子跳高运动员在摆动腿着地瞬间,身体重心距摆动腿着地点的水平距离较大,在摆动腿缓冲阶段,摆动腿膝关节缓冲幅度过大,水平速度损失较为严重,最后一步步长/身高指数较小。

The method of high - speed photograph and analysis of it was applied to making anallysis of the technical characteristics of excellent high jumpers＇ swinging-leg suppporting in the last - step approach.The result shows that the gravity centres of Chinese high jumpers are rather far from the point where the swinging legs landed at the instant that happened, In the buffering course of the swinging legs, the knee joints of tried legs partly buffered too much and this made the horizontal speed lower.finally,both the distance of the last step and the rate of the last- step distance and the body are compartively small.
