Throngh looking up a large number of documents on the technical research of the race walking which are pubhshed before and after the rules were revised, the thesis manages to comprehend the situation of the walking technical research so that it can provide reference for the race walking scholars to help them conduct research with a clear aim and render service for the development of our country＇ s race walking events.
