摘要
开关管作为开关电源的关键器件,其特性是开关变换器电路设计中很关键的问题。文章分析了开关管的各个参数及这些参数之间的相互关系,给出了这些参数对变换器性能的影响,在此基础上给出了开关管的选择方法。文章还详细给出了在市电输入情况下,不同的电路拓扑和不同的控制方式中,所要选用的开关管的额定电压与额定电流的具体数值,为高效率开关电源设计中开关管的选择提供了有效可行的参考方法。
As the key component of the switching power supply, the performance of switch tube is very important for the circuit design of switching convertor. The parameters of switch tube and the correlation of these parameters are analyzed. The method for selecting switch tube is given on this basis. Detailed selection method of the rated voltage and rated current for the switch tube is given in different circuit topologies and different control mode using public mains power as input.
