摘要 针对钢铁企业的能流与物流耦合特点,开发了能源多级投入产出模型,建立了全流程能耗分析与辅助决策系统的应用软件。该系统根据钢铁企业产品结构调整和设备运行情况,动态分析了能源结构和能耗指标的变化。通过对首钢不同工况的计算分析,取得了较准确的预测结果。 According to the coupling characteristics of energy flow and supply chain of steel enterprises, an energy multilevel input-output model is developed and an application software for energy consumption analysis of whole process and decision-making assistant is established. The system could dynamically analyze the energy structure and the change of energy consumption indicators based on the situations of product mix adjustment and facilities running. calculation and analysis on different production situations, the forecast results are good.
