摘要 为提高疏浚泥泵的效率,降低设计制作成本,根据给定参数对泥泵进行水力设计、建立三维实体造型和对实体进行网格划分,运用软件采用控制体积法和紊流模型,对泥泵进行数值分析和性能预测,根据预测结果反复优化设计泥泵,以达到设计要求。 In order to improve the pump efficiency and reduce the design cost of manufacturing a dredge pump, we carried out the hydraulic design for the dredge pump based on the given parameters, established 3-D solid modeling with mesh partition, and conducted numerical analysis and performance forecast to the dredge pump adopting software Fluent and by the control-volume method and turbulent flow model, according to the result of which, we optimized the design of the dredge pump again and again to satisfy the design requirement
