摘要
用相位多普勒分析仪对同轴旋拧气流中液体射流雾化特性进行实验研究,测量不同气体射流速度和不同旋拧数下雾化液滴的直径.通过对索特平均直径的对比,分析旋拧气流对射流雾化的影响,并确定临界旋拧数的范围.
Breakup of a water jet by a swirling coaxial annular air jet is studied by phase-Doppler anemometry experimentally. To understand the influence of swirling gas on the liquid jet breakup, mean diameters of atomized particles are measured for different swirl ratios and velocities of gas. The range of critical swirl ratio, above which the liquid jet undergoes an explosive disintegration, is determined by analyses of the obtained Sauter mean diameter.
