摘要
对液膜法处理炼油厂含酚碱渣废水的实验条件进行了研究,找出了最佳制乳条件、传质条件等。通过对不同浓度的含酚废水的处理发现,当挥发酚浓度低于8000 mg/L时,经一级传质可使含酚量降至100 mg/L以下,当挥发酚浓度在8000-20000 mg/L,经二级传质可使含酚量低于100 mg/L,处理后的废水可以直接送到炼油厂的污水厂进行生化处理。
The treatment of phenolic wastewater produced in a refinery by liquid membrane has been studied. Through experiment, the best conditions for preparing emulsion and mass transfer were determined. Under the optimized conditions, for the phenolic wastewater with phenol content from 754 - 8 000 mg/L, the phenol concentration was reduced to below 100 mg/L with one -stage mass transfer; for the phenolic wastewater with phenol content from 8 000 -20 000 mg/L, the phenol concentration was reduced to below 100 mg/L with two -stage mas transfer.
