物流是国民经济的基础和动脉,构建"三维"物流集散网络是实现将天津建设成为我国北方经济中心、国际港口现代化大都市和生态城市战略目标的重要举措之一。文章在阐述"三维"物流系统的内涵及特征的基础上,分析探讨了构建"三维"物流集散网络对加快天津港口建设的影响以及实施策略。

Logistics is the foundation and artery of the national economy. The construction of a ＂three dimensional＂ logistics network will make Tianjin to be an economic center in North China, a modern international port city and also an ecological city. Based on the introduction of the system concept and characteristics of the ＂three dimensional＂ logistics, the influence of building a ＂three dimensional＂ network to speed up Tianjin port construction and the strategy of implementation are analyzed.
