摘要
当前就我国教师教育现状看,存在着许多不利于教师教育健康、协调、可持续发展的因素。教师教育是一项复杂的系统工程,它涉及未来基础教育、社会发展的方方面面,稍有不慎,就会造成整个社会的"功能紊乱"。而且,这种"功能紊乱"一旦发生,短时间内很难以恢复。所以,我们必须要坚持可持续化发展的战略,统一协调教育资源,实现教师教育跨越式发展,为教师教育的科学发展奠定坚实的基础。
From the perspective of the present situation of China's teacher education, many problems influence the health, and coordination and sustainable development of the teacher education. The teacher education is a complex project that concerns with future basic education and all aspects of social development. A little carelessness will result in “functional disorder” in the whole society. If the “functional disorder” happened, it is difficult to recover in a short time. Therefore we should adhere to the strategies of sustainable development, unify the coordination of educational resources and achieve the leap - forward development of the teacher education to lay a solid foundation for the scientific development of the teacher education.
