摘要
目的:观察长航中QT离散度的变化及吸烟对其的影响。方法:81名参加长航人员根据吸烟情况分为不吸烟、吸烟<20支/d和吸烟>20支/d3组,分别于航前第5~15d、航行第65~75d、航行第115~125d3个时间段行动态心电图检查,进而分析QT离散度,并相互比较。结果:与不吸烟组相比,吸烟组QTd、QTc、QTcd显著增高(P<0.01);每日吸烟越多,上述变化越显著(P<0.01);航行时间越长,上述变化也越显著(P<0.01)。结论:长航对参加人员的QT离散度会造成一定程度的损害,尤以吸烟者为甚。
Objective: To observe QT dispersion (QTd) changes of seamen during long - term voyage. Methods: 81 seamen were divided into three groups: group A (non - smoker) ,group B (less than 20 cigarettes a day) and group C (more than 20 cigarettes a day). Their dynamic electrocardiograms were recorded during 5 - 15 days before voyage and 65 -75 and 115 - 125 days after voyage. QTd was analyzed and compared according to the results of dynamic electrocardiograms. Results :QTd, corrected QT interval (QTc), and corrected QT interval dispersion (QTed) in group B and C increased significantly during 65 - 75 and 115 - 125 days( P 〈 0.01 ) compared with non - smoker group. The more cigarettes they smoked,the more obvious the above - mentioned changes were ( P 〈 0.01 ). The longer their navigation time was, the more obvious the above - mentioned changes were ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion: These findings suggest that long - term voyage may result in some damages of QT dispersion, especially in smokers.
