摘要
沸石在复混肥中的作用如下:①保N沸石“分子筛”吸NH+4再释放;减少尿素N流失;减缓尿素N转化为NH+4-N速度。②减少P的固定沸石吸HPO2-4再释放;沸石吸NH+4成为NH+4-沸石(铵化饱和沸石)在释放NH+4时大量吸收Ca2+。③沸石中含K和多种微量元素可供作物吸收利用。沸石在复混肥中的作用,主要是用它包衣尿素,配制沸石长效复混肥。此肥最大的特点是长效,增产,提高N肥利用率,减少N污染。用差减法,有效养分系数法,二次通用旋转回归设计及经验方法设计复混肥配方,用科学的方法进行配料。
The role of zeolite in compound fertilizer is as follows:(1) It can preserve nitrogen.The zeolite molecular sieve can absorb and release NH+4.Zeolite can decrease the loss of ureanitrogen in soil and the ratio of NH+4N to NO-3N.(2)It can keep phosphorus activity.Zeolite can absorb and release HPO2-4.The NH+4 saturated zeolite can release NH+4 and absorb Ca2+,which may decrease soil phosphorus fixation.(3) It contains potassium and many other microelements which is necessary for plants during their growth.In this paper,the applied technology of zeolite in compound fertilizers is discussed.According to the above advantages of zeolite the character of zeolite to preserve nitrogen in soil was used in the invention of the zeolite coating urea.The virtues of zeolite coating urea include longterm efficiency,high yields and high ratio of nitrogen utilization and limited the pollution of nitrogen.
