线蚯蚓(Cognettia sphagnetorum)在风险评价中的优缺点

摘要 线蚯蚓(Cognettia sphagnetorum)通过裂殖进行无性繁殖。在两类加铜土壤上,对亲代和子代的生长和死亡率,裂殖时的长度,裂殖的段数以及裂殖速率进行了分析。线蚯蚓的食料分别为真菌深黄被孢霉(Mortierella isabellina)和绿藻(Pleurococcus spp.)。研究表明,食料为真菌时,C.sphagnetorum死亡率低。铜浓度增加,裂殖时个体的生长速率和大小明显降低。对照土壤中蚯蚓分裂为5段,而在高浓度铜土壤中只分裂为2段,食料为绿藻时生长速率加倍。低浓度铜土壤中线蚯蚓可以分裂为11~12段。与食料为真菌时相比,较高铜处理的土壤出现生长延缓和裂殖速率受阻的现象。总之,C.sphagnetorum在以绿藻为食物的环境中可以更好地存活。不同处理土壤结果的差异说明在长期试验中食物质量的重要性,对食物成分需标准化,增加食物可以创造最佳与次佳的试验条件。本文还讨论了利用 C.sphagnetorum进行风险评价的优缺点。
