摘要
在研究地质灾害体特征的基础上,判定其稳定状态和易发程度,并进行分级赋值,综合分析受灾体的损坏程度、受灾体价值损失率等因素,进行地质灾害易损性评价,并分级赋值。在地质灾害稳定性、易发性、易损性评价的基础上,利用数学模型评估地质灾害危险性,结合拟建工程的特点,进行建设用地地质灾害危险性评价,论证地质灾害防治的可行性,并对防治工程效益进行分析评价,最终为实施工程提供依据。
By studying on the characteristics of geological disaster body, we can judge it's stabilization and degree of incidental, then determine it's grade and value, analyze degree of damage and value loss rate of dam- aged unit, evaluate possibility of being damaged and determine it's grade and value for damaged unit. according to stabilization and degree of incidental and possibility of being damaged, we can evaluate the hazards of geologi- cal disaster by mathematical model, Linking the characteristic of project, evaluate the hazards of geological disas- ter about land, demonstrate the feasibility of geological disaster being prevented and cured, and analyze the bene- fit of project, finally, it is provided the evidence for the project will be carried out.
