大城市慢行交通系统规划策略研究

Research on the Planning Strategy of Slow Traffic System in Big Cities

现代城市规划和交通设计,往往较多考虑城市发展和汽车通行,没有给步行和自行车等慢行交通系统以足够的空间,文中阐述了慢行交通系统的重要作用,并从慢行交通系统与交通平静化,以及慢行交通系统与公共交通等其他交通方式之间的关系出发,以城市交通可持续发展为目标,提出了大城市慢行交通系统的规划策略。

Modern urban planning and transportation designing, often consider more about the urban development and automobile traffic, so walking and bicycle and other slow traffic system have not enough space in big cities, this paper mainly expounds the important role of slow traffic system in big cities, and based on the urban traffic sustainable development concept, discusses the strategy of the people-oriented urban slow traffic system planning in three aspects of public transportation, traffic calming and traffic safety. Specific measures of the strategies are given.
