摘要
根据宁波港近十年来船舶污染事故状况,综合分析事故成因,探索事故特点与规律,提出针对性防范措施,遏制类似事故的发生,保护海域环境。
In accordance with the Ningbo Port accident situation of Pollution from Ships in recent ten years, comprehen- sively analyse of accident causes, and explore the characteristics of the accident, then put forward the specific preventive mea- sures to curb the occurrence of similar accidents, and protect of the marine environment.
