河南省经济发展与就业关系实证研究

Empirical Study on the Relationship between Economic Development and the Employment in Henan Province

河南省存在明显的二元经济结构。总体上看,二者呈现正相关关系;将农村与城镇分别来看,农村经济发展对农村就业的贡献率高于城镇;从产业结构层次看,三次产业增加单位就业人口对GDP的贡献率由一、二、三依次递增,三次产业GDP增加一单位对本产业就业人口的贡献率由一、三、二依次递增。

There is an obvious dual structure in economy in Henan province. Overall, the relationship between the two can be summed up in a positive correlation. For the rural and urban, the contribution rate of the economic development to employment in rural is higher than that in cities and towns. From the industrial level, the unit increase of employment to GDP shows a downward trend, the third industry has the largest contribution, and the primary industry, the least. The contribution rate of unit GDP increase to the corresponding employment shows a different trend： the primary industry has the least contribution, and the second industry has the most.
