摘要
中国社会的法制现代化仅仅依靠移植现代化的法律制度是无法实现的,因此,除了建构法制现代化的制度基础之外,还需要塑造公民的守法精神以实现主体法律意识的现代化,使其成为法制现代化进程中必不可少的价值基础和精神支撑。
The modernization of legal system in Chinese society couldn＇t come true, if it only relies on transplanting the modem rnle of law. Besides the construction of the rule as the foundation of legal institution, it is absolutely necessary to shape civic spirit of law - abiding, in order to realizing the modernization of consciousness, which may serve as the value basis and spiritual support to the process of modernization.
