Evolution of Organizational Structure under Social Change:in Comparison with Bureaucratic Organizational Structure

社会变迁也可以说是社会的组织化的过程。而组织又是有结构的活动的整体,组织的结构在不同的历史时期以不同的形式适应社会变迁的要求而发展演进。从传统社会到信息化社会的发展过程中,组织结构先后表现为弱性结构、刚性结构、柔性结构和碎片化结构的形式。在当前工业化社会向信息化社会的转型时期,官僚制结构仍然占据着主导作用,组织结构的演变仍处于一种长期的动态调整过程之中。

Social changes can also be a process of social systematization.The organization also is an overall structure, which evolutes in different forms as the requirements of social change in different historical periods. The organizational structure appears as weak structure, rigid structure, flexible structure and fragmentation structure when it steps into the information society from the traditional society. However, the bureaucratic structure still plays a leading role in the evolution of organizational structures in the transition period from industrialized society to the information society, the organizational structures will be adjusted dynamically in a long-term process.
